Services
Adrianne’s Housekeeping provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including deep cleaning, move-in ready cleaning, and post-construction cleaning. All services are subject to availability and are provided according to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
Booking and Payments
- Booking: To schedule a cleaning service, you must provide accurate and complete information. Bookings are subject to confirmation.
- Payments: Payments for services are due after the service is completed. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated to you during the booking process. We require a credit card on file to confirm all appointments.
- Cancellations: We ask that any cancellations, reschedules, or skipped services be requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If your appointment falls on a Monday, we ask that you cancel or reschedule by 5pm on the previous Thursday before your service. Changes made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Same-day cancellations, rescheduling, or appointments where we are unable to access the home may be charged the full cost of the service. We know that unexpected situations can happen, and we will always do our best to work with you whenever possible.
