Our History
Adrianne White has a long history in the cleaning industry, and she started cleaning houses professionally in 2009 as a part time job for extra pocket money. She immediately began getting referrals from her small group of clients and became so busy she quickly realized she needed help.
She hired her first employee and Adrianne’s Housekeeping was born in 2010. To date, Adrianne’s Housekeeping has grown very fast and is based almost purely on word-of-mouth, referrals from clients and a little advertising. Adrianne spends much of her time training and developing the teams to continually improve cleaning techniques and efficiency.
About The Owners
Adrianne’s Housekeeping is a family-owned company, run by husband and wife team Carmine and Adrianne White. Both have roots in the cleaning industry—Carmine began doing restaurant and commercial cleaning at 14 with his family’s janitorial business, and Adrianne grew up doing construction cleanup and janitorial work with her family’s construction company. Adrianne’s entrepreneurial upbringing has greatly influenced her eye for detail and passion for excellence.
Carmine has a background in business management and has experience in various fields, from national flooring distribution to luxury swimming pool design and construction in Las Vegas, NV. He handles the day-to-day operations, while Adrianne trains, manages, and develops the cleaning teams. Both are always available by phone or email to address any client complaints, questions, or feedback.

Our backbone consists of approximately 58-60 skilled cleaners, supported by three field support members and several field managers, all working together to provide exceptional service.
